DOROTHY
SHE IS 11 YEARS old and is in standard 4 which she will start in stand next school semester. DOROTHY came to the house through CHISOMO children centre as our partners and being that CHOSOMO do only keep children for a maximum of two months just for counseling they feel that had no where to go as she was also referred to them with the one who was giving her support but she was going out side the country for further studies and there was no where that DOROTHY can stay. She lost both parents and she was used to stay with her grand mother who also said she can not be able to look after them meaning Dorothy and her brothers. BY then DOROTHY have two brothers who she is the elder one in their family. CHISOMO did their best to allocate the whole family at different place. They lost both parents due to HIV/AIDS or malaria as well. SOON after the death of her parents, life was so difficult for them and they were surviving on the small contracts that Dorothy was going to feed her two brothers until a good Samaritan woman decided to take them home for better and support up to the time when she offered a scholarship to go to USA for further studies. DOROTHY is hard working girl and she is just concentrating on her home studies waiting for January to go back to school we confident enough that DOROTHY will be someone not just someone but responsible woman who will bring developments to this country.
