EDITH
She is 9 years old and lost both parent in the year 2005, 2007 respectively. She is from Chikwawa district and not knowing the exact village and traditional authority as well.STEKA knew Edith from Ndirande township where she was asking people to give her some work in order for her to get something to eat for her survival .By then EDITH was staying with her sister who both of them were going out to search for dairy food, this had forced Edith not to do well at school. Her sister is the one who contacted STEKA to ask counseling to her sister after she discovered that Edith is not going to school instead she go to the market asking for alms. We did as she asked us to do and we thank Almighty Lord that we found her in Ndirande Township. According to the status that she was we decided to take her to the house for her to go back to school and for proper supervision. Edith was in standard 3 by the time when she was coming to the house of which she failed the final examinations. Now Edith is repeating standard three and she is doing very well. It was on 29th October when Edith was to the house.
